In 2008, I started work in the University of Northampton where I was introduced by my then other half to one of the Geek Syndicate podcast. Soon afterwards, I started listening to the podcast (on of two or three that I now listen too) and joined their forums over at The Comic Forums . Through the forum, I have met some interesting characters and even made my way to The Birmingham International Comics Show in 2008 to meet some of the guys. The forums are a fun place to chat about movies, TV shows, books and comics and the Syndicate podcast is really great to listen to - fun and informative with the occasional star-studded interview. Seriously - check it out and you will not be dissapointed.

A Helping Hand ...

I mention this on this "About Me" site because I try and help the guys when I can. I had some little input into the development of their current web site and their promotional material. I am also a contributer of articles to that site. The design I submitted for a logo for the UK Comics Podcast Group was used on promotional material at the Birmingham International Comics Show, some of which I designed and printed myself. The logo can be seen on my Graphic Design samples page.
